Business-specific demand questions, premises and setup validation, unresolved evidence, commercial disclosure and related business/state links.
Local lease and build-out quotes, observed demand, realized selling prices, local payroll obligations, permit applicability and cost, commercial collection terms and insurance quotes are not completed across the current profiles. Those inputs remain explicit reference assumptions or research tasks.
There are no calibrated business or state rankings. The site provides public reference profiles with explicit evidence and scenario limits. A populated page does not imply that its business is viable at any specific address.
250 benchmark profiles are available. 0 complete state cost-and-revenue studies have passed the approved method. Every profile now has a separate research-status record; generating a page does not approve its inputs.
Wage and population observations remain useful results. Commercial opening costs, operating costs and revenue need their own local evidence before these profiles can be promoted. The reference calculators remain explicitly labeled working scenarios.
