How Startup Costs works

A clearer starting point for a business plan.

Startup Costs connects a business idea, a location and a financial explanation you can inspect.

Start with the decision

The useful question is not simply “what does this business cost?” It is what a defined operating format needs, what it must sell, which assumptions drive the outcome and what remains unknown.

The site is designed for people evaluating a first business and operators comparing a new format or location.

Make the path visible

  1. Define the business and the work required.
  2. Separate observed evidence from planning assumptions.
  3. Calculate revenue, costs, cash and thresholds consistently.
  4. Explain the limits and the next decision.
